Boutique buying guide

Plan smaller replenishment buys

Restock around your own sales, stock gaps and delivery needs. Use smaller orders to test a decision, then review the result before buying again.

How often should I restock my boutique?

Base restocking on recent sales, remaining stock, your budget and delivery lead time.

Review recent sales and the sizes or colors missing from your rails before creating a replenishment shortlist. LEIVIP’s €100 mixed-cart minimum can support a focused order. Review the result of each buy and adjust the next order to your boutique’s actual stock needs.

Can I combine brands in a small restock order?

Yes. LEIVIP lets you combine products across brands toward the €100 minimum for the total order.

LEIVIP’s mixed cart lets you combine products across brands toward the €100 minimum order. Check current variant and quantity options for each item, then review shipping and taxes at checkout to understand the full order cost.

What should I check before reordering a best seller?

Check current availability for the exact product, color and size, then compare the quantity you need with your recent sales and remaining stock.

LEIVIP notes that simultaneous online and offline sales can affect availability. If an ordered item is unavailable, Customer Care contacts you about a refund or alternative. Compare any alternative’s actual specifications before adding it to your replenishment plan.

Product information support

How long should I allow for a replenishment order?

Allow for preparation after payment plus courier transit, and plan around weekends, holidays and the date your boutique needs the stock.

LEIVIP’s current guidance is preparation and dispatch within two business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and public holidays. Transit varies by destination, courier conditions and customs. Work back from your required stock date and check the relevant shipping service before ordering.

How can I test new arrivals without changing my boutique’s style?

Add a focused test selection that connects to your existing best-selling categories, palette and price points, then review your own sales before repeating it.

LEIVIP’s New In and seasonal edit pages help you browse recent styles and seasonal categories. Keep test quantities within your budget and record customer feedback, fit questions and sales before choosing the next buy.
