1. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please send an email to customercare@leivip.com with the following information:

  • Order number and item codes of the products you wish to return
  • Clear photos of the defective or incorrect items (if applicable)
  • The reason for your return request

Once your request is received, our team will review it and provide you with the return instructions.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or sold to your customers cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Defective or incorrect products will be accepted for return or refund after verification.

3. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 3 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.
  • You may also choose to receive a store credit to use for your next order.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • For your first order, return shipping costs will be covered by LEIVIP — you may return for any reason.
  • For subsequent returns, unless the return is due to a quality issue or error, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Important Notes

  • We only accept returns for items included in your approved return list.
  • Refunds or replacements will not be processed without returning the products.
  • Please ensure all returns are properly packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
