Please review the eligibility requirements and contact us before sending any item back.

How to request a return

Contact Customer Care within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item codes, the reason for the request and clear photos when an item is defective or incorrect. Wait for return instructions and confirmation of the approved items.

Return eligibility

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Worn, washed, altered or resold items are not eligible.
• Defective or incorrect items are reviewed before a return, replacement or refund is confirmed.

Return shipping costs

LEIVIP covers return shipping costs for your first order. Eligibility requirements and return instructions still apply. For later returns, the customer normally pays return shipping unless LEIVIP confirms that the return is due to an error or verified product issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed after the returned items are received and inspected. The available refund method will be confirmed for the specific return.

Do not send products back without return instructions from Customer Care.
