Handling missing items in orders
  • Immediate Communication: If any items are missing from your order, we will promptly contact you to inform you of the situation.
  • Options Offered: You will be presented with options for an exchange or a refund, and we will seek your confirmation on the preferred course of action.
  • Shipping Without Confirmation and Refunds: If we do not receive a response from you within 3 days, we will proceed to ship the available items in your order. For the missing items, we will automatically process a refund or credit code to ensure you are only charged for the items shipped.
Bank transfer payment and order processing
  • Shipping Upon Payment: Orders paid via bank transfer will be shipped once we confirm receipt of the payment.
  • Order Cancellation for Non-Payment: If payment is not received within 3 days of completing the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order without further notice. However, if you have a special situation regarding payment, please contact us before the cancellation deadline. We are committed to working with you to find a solution.
Safety and compliance standards

Can I amend my order after placing it?

We are based in Quarrata, Pistoia.

Our mission is to share Italian creations with the world through our website, available worldwide in more than 10+ languages.

What happens if a product in my order is not available?

We work everyday to improve our systems and make them more accurate as possible, but unfortunately it can happens that some products are being sold offline and online simultaneously.

But you don't have to worry, in this case our specialized Customer care team will immediately contact you, and you will decide if receive a refund for the missing item, or exchange it with something else in our store.

What payment options do you accept?

To pay your order we accept different payment methods.

You can pay using your credit, debit, prepaid card; PayPal or make a Bank Transfer.
Only Italian customers have access to our Cash on Delivery payment method, which requires the payment of an extra fee of 3%. The limit for cash payments in Italy is currently €1000.

If you choose Bank Transfer please remember to send us the proof of payment to our email Your order will not be shipped until payment is received.

What is your refund policy and do you accept returns?

The first return is always free, no questions asked.

You can justcontact usand ask to return your order. Our Customer care team will be happy to help!

Customers must contact our store within 14 days of the delivery date. We will refund after our warehouse receives the return. If an error was made, if you are not happy with the coffee, or if you received a damaged product, please get in touch with us so we can make it right.

What are the shipping options?

To ship your order we will use our fast and reliable partner couriers, like DPD, DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT.

You will be able to choose from different shipping methods, usually between standard and express, which one best fit your current needs.
