Some items are defective or I don’t like them, can I return it? 

If you are in this situation, we apologize for the inconvenience and we invite you to follow this simple rules:

- send a request email at our customercare@leivip.com by specifing the number of the order of which you want to ask for return, the codes of the defective -  contested items, by attaching the photos and the reason of the return requirement.

-Once having received the defective - contested products, and afer the items will be checked and damages will be verifed you can choose to be refunded with money back or with a credit note to use on your the next order.  

- Products may only be returned within 14 days of receipt, return and refund request made after this period of time won't be considered so please always thoroughly check your order upon receipt.

-Defective and contested products that are required to be refunded should be sent back, we won't consider refund or contestations of items without sending them back 

- Products should be returned in their original conditions and packaging. If products won't be returned in the original condition a 20% handling fee will be charged.

-Products that have already been sold by you to one of your customers will not be refunded by us in case of any issue.

If is your first order - you have right to free return, shipping costs for the return will be at our expence

In the other cases of return- refund require shipping cost for return will be on customer's expence

How does shipping service work? 

We work with different transport partners, each offering different services adapted to the different destinations served and available on our platform:

-BRT (Italy)

-DPD Group (the most part of European countries)

-DHL,UPS (outside of European countries)

When will my order arrive?

Time of delivery depends on destinations, approximately:

1 - 2 working days within Italy

3 - 5 working days for the most part of European countries 

5 - 7 working days for the destinations: Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Lithuania, Latvia, Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary, Malta, Cyprus, 

7- 10 working days for the outside of European countries

What shipping costs do you charge?

Shipping cost charges are variable depending on country, weight and parcel dimensions. Once your have inserted your order, shipping costs will automatically appear in your order summary, here you can find our shipping cost list :

Will I receive a track and trace code?

After parcels are entrusted to our couriers, you will receive through the portal
the tracking number and the information required to track your delivery. If you didn't receive shipping info please contact us at our email : customercare@leivip.com

Please to make sure that your company address and contact references (street, civic number, postal code and telephone number) inserted at the moment of the order-registration are corrects and updated; kindly remember to communicate to us any changes in order to organize the best delivery for you.
