Some items are defective or I don’t like them, can I return it?
If you are in this situation, we apologize for the inconvenience and we invite you to follow this simple rules:
- send a request email at our firstname.lastname@example.org by specifing the number of the order of which you want to ask for return, the codes of the defective - contested items, by attaching the photos and the reason of the return requirement.
-Once having received the defective - contested products, and afer the items will be checked and damages will be verifed you can choose to be refunded with money back or with a credit note to use on your the next order.
- Products may only be returned within 7 days of receipt, return and refund request made after this period of time won't be considered so please always thoroughly check your order upon receipt.
-Defective and contested producst that are required to be refunded should be sent back, we won't consider refund or contestations of items without sending them back
- Products should be returned in their original conditions and packaging. If products won't be returned in the original condition a 20% handling fee will be charged.
-Products that have already been sold by you to one of your customers will not be refunded by us in case of any issue.
If is your first order - you have right to free return, shipping costs for the return will be at our expence
In the other cases of return- refund require shipping cost for return will be on customer's expence
