To pay your order we accept different payment methods.

You can pay using your credit, debit, prepaid card; PayPal or make a Bank Transfer.
Only Italian customers have access to our Cash on Delivery payment method, which requires the payment of an extra fee of 3.5%. The limit for cash payments in Italy is currently €4999.99.

If you choose Bank Transfer please remember to send us the proof of payment. Your order will not be shipped until payment is received.

You can just contact us and ask to return your order. Our Customer care team will be happy to help!

Customers must contact our store within 14 days of the delivery date. We will refund after our warehouse receives the return. If an error was made, if you are not happy with the coffee, or if you received a damaged product, please get in touch with us so we can make it right.

To ship your order we will use our fast and reliable partner couriers, like DPD, DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT.

You will be able to choose from different shipping methods, usually between standard and express, which one best fit your current needs.
