How do I sign up?
To sign up, please create an account free here.
Please be prepared to share the following information:
- First and Last Name
- Company name
- VAT Number / TaxID / P.IVA
- Phone number
- Choose a new password
It is important that when you sign-up you provide accurate information. The more information you provide during sign-up the less likely there are to be delays with receiving orders.

How can I see prices and place orders?
In order to view the prices of the items and make an order you have to be registered to our website.
You can access the registration page by clicking here.
When I will receive my invoice?
We send you the invoice when we ship the order.
You will receive it directly at the email address you used to place the order.
How do I submit a return?
We offer free returns for 14 days from delivery date on the first order you place, so you can feel confident trying out new products online.
To return your items you could use our courier that will come for the pick up or ship them by yourself with your preferred courier.
You will receive the refund though the payment method used to pay the order.
What are the shipping options?
To ship your order we will use our fast and reliable partner couriers, like DPD, DHL, UPS.
We will always choose the better solution for your shipping, to make your package arrive as soon as possible to you.
Where are you located?
We are based in Quarrata, Pistoia. A city in Tuscany, the heart of the Italian fashion.
Our mission is to share Italian creations with the world through our website, available worldwide in more than 10+ languages.
What payment options do you accept?
To pay your order we accept different payment methods.
You can pay using your credit, debit, prepaid card; PayPal or make a Bank Transfer.
If you choose Bank Transfer please remember to send us the proof of payment. Your order will not be shipped until payment is received.
To which products can the discount code be applied?
Discount codes apply to the total value of your order. Sale items are excluded from discount.
Please note that discount codes are valid only once and a maximum of one code can be used per order.
Is the VAT/TAX amount included in my order?
-All the product price are not include the Vat/Tax
-If you are based in Italy VAT will charge 22% in your order at
check out page , please remember to always insert it in the specific
field during the registration of your account together with the
electronic invoicing (Univoco code) or Pec .
-If you are based in a European country store and you have a
valid VAT number please insert it in your account data in the
appropriate field during the registration phase, so it won’t be charged
in your order.
-If you are a store based in an Extra European country please
insert your tax id registration number during the registration phase,
VAT amount won’t be charged in your order.
-For UK customers please remember to insert your EORI number
which is required to receive your order and will not be charged a Vat
amount.

When will my order arrive?
Time of delivery depends on destinations, approximately:
1 - 2 working days within Italy
3 - 5 working days for the most part of European countries
5 - 7 working days for the
destinations: Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Lithuania, Latvia,
Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary, Malta, Cyprus,
7- 10 working days for the outside of European countries
